Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat / buckwheat or just regular flour
- 1/3 cup protein powder (26g)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp coconut sugar *optional
Instructions

Stri dry ingredients, then add wet (except coconut oil) to make a pancake batter. If necessery, add more water. Grease a nonstick pan with a coconut oil. Heat over medium. When the pan is hot, drop 2-3 tbsp of batter making a round shape. Turn the heat to low. When edges begin to look dry, flip with a spatula and cook aditional minute or so. Serve with your favorite toppings.
