Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp maple syrup *or more if needed
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 scoops protein powder (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions

Mash the bananas. Then add all wet ingredients and whisk until well combined. Stir in dry ingredients. Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Line a 8x8 inch (20x20cm) baking tray with baking paper and bake for about 30 minutes. Let it cool before cutting. Enjoy!
