    • 1 handful almonds
    • 1 handful sunflower seeds
    • 1 cup almond/coconut milk
    • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1/4 tsp sea salt
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1/2 cup water
    • 1 small banana (optional)
