Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/5 cup water
- 1 tbsp ghee
- pinch salt
- pinch basil/oregano
- 3.5 oz (100g) chicken breast
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 1/2 red pepper, stripes
- handful arugula

Cut the chicken into small pices. Season it with salt and pepper. Heat a pan over medium high with a ghee. Once it is hot, add chicken and cook for about 10 min.
Combine all the dough ingredients together and mix until uniform dough. Spread the dough shaping a pan size round. Heat a slightly oiled non-stick pan (I used cast irone pan). Genetly add pizza dough on the pan and cover it. Flip over after 5 minutes and add your favorite toppings! I used tomato paste, shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, onion, peppers and arugula. Cover and fry for about 8 minutes! Enjoy!
