Ingredients


    • ½ cup rolled oats
    • ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp peanut/almond butter
    • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
    • 1 scoop whey/plant-based protein powder
    • Toppings: your favorite fruit / nuts / high-protein yogurt / cottage cheese

Instructions


    Mix all ingredients together. Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
