- ½ cup unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut/almond butter
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 scoop whey/plant-based protein powder
- Toppings: your favorite fruit / nuts / high-protein yogurt / cottage cheese
Instructions
