Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp organic cocoa powder
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- toppings: your favorite fruit and nuts
- protein powder (*optional)
Instructions

Bring the milk to boil. Add oats and chia seeds, reduce heat to simmer and stir occasionally for about 5 minutes. At the end, add cocoa powder and coconut sugar, stir. Put the oatmeal into a bowl and add your favorite fruit and nuts! Enjoy your meal!
