Ingredients
- ½ pound chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 handful spinach
- 6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ avocado, chopped
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- ½ tbsp ghee
- Salt to taste
- Papper to taste
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- ½ tbsp honey
- ¼ tbsp balsamic vinegar

Season the chicken with the spices. Heat a pan over medium high heat with ghee. Once it’s hot, add chicken and fry until nice and gold, stirring occasionally. Place all veggies on a plate. Add chicken and sunflower seeds and serve with the dressing.
Dressing: mix all ingredients very well. Pour over the salad and enjoy!
