Ready to kick off a new 21-day FitMas Challenge by Ann?!

I know that Christmas season is busy but let's not forget about yourself. You cannot give gifts to others and forget about yourself. Be the best version of yourself and end this year with a good and positive outlook.

What to expect during this challenge?

Of course, a better mood and energy level. You'll gain more confidence, self-esteem and discipline which will lead you to better control over yourself and your daily obsticales. It may not be easy to do a workout, and you may not be motivated all the time, so it's good to:

  1. Find a group of people, or one person, who will help you stay on track when you don't feel like working out.
  2. Follow people who inspire you to a healthy lifestyle.
  3. Remember that even 30 min of any activity (walk/power walk, run, any type of fitness classes) will bring the benefits of physical activity.
  4. Know your goal (weight loss, muscle gain, etc.)
  5. Know the benefits of being active (better mood, increase brain function, stronger immunity which is important this season, more energy etc.)
  6. Support yourself with a nutritious diet, proper sleep hygiene and regeneration.
  7. Give yourself a high five for the great work you’ve done!

Each day we'll be using my YouTube workouts, which can be found on my YouTube channel @JustMoveByAnn in a playlists section. There are 2 levels in this challenge: BEGINNERS and INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED. The beginners will do just bodyweight exercises that are usually illustrateted as modifications in a given workout. Intermediate & advanced will be doing bodyweight exercises as well as using mini bands and light-to-medium weight dumbbells.

We're starting on December 1st and ending on December 21st with a live on my Instagram and YouTube.

I'm soo excited for you to end this year by giving yourself the best gift and time that you'll never have enough of. You are the creator of your life. Don't waste any day and remember why you started. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you! You can do it!
