Ingredients


    • 3/4 cup Medjool dates (120g), pitted
    • 3/4 cup cashews / almonds (90g)
    • 1 scoop protein powder (35g) 
    • 2 tsp almond butter
    • pinch of salt
    • 1 tsp honey / maple syrup
    • shradded coconut

Instructions


    Add all ingredients in a food processor, exept shredded cocnut and blitz until smooth texture. Split mixture into 10 even amounts and roll into balls. Roll each ball in shredded cocnut and enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
