Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Medjool dates (120g), pitted
- 3/4 cup cashews / almonds (90g)
- 1 scoop protein powder (35g)
- 2 tsp almond butter
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp honey / maple syrup
- shradded coconut
Instructions
- Protein 5g

- Carbs 11g
Add all ingredients in a food processor, exept shredded cocnut and blitz until smooth texture. Split mixture into 10 even amounts and roll into balls. Roll each ball in shredded cocnut and enjoy! Keep refrigerated.
