Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- ¾ cup almond flour
- 2 tbsps. Coconut flour
- 4 tbsps. erythritol/xylitol
- ¼ cup coconut oil (melted)
- 2 tbsps. Honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ cup dark chocolate drops
Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients together. Do the same with wet ones then mix all ingredients together very well (leave a few chocolate drops for decoration). Shape small size cookies. Put the remaining drops in each cookie. Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 360F. Bake for about 13-15 minutes.
